The room missed the mark on comfort. the innovative circular bed isn’t ideal for a good night's sleep. The advertised jacuzzi turned out to be just a jetted bath, which was disappointing—shower option would have been preferred. TV connectivity issues cropped up as well, with no access to Netflix or YouTube. The towels weren't as clean as expected, featuring suspicious spots. Overall, it felt like the experience fell short of its potential.

However, I faced several challenges, including accessing three coded doors and dealing with room storage issues. The breakfast was minimal and didn't open early enough. Had a great stay with friends! We visited the Colosseum and explored Vatican City. The breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Alfonso was so helpful with mapping out our sight-seeing plans, which made our trip easier. The lifts worked fine for us, adding convenience during our stay.
